Returns & Cancellations Policy

CANCELLATIONSĀ 

Once an order is placed with Sacred Boulevard, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin processing and preparing your items to ensure the quickest possible dispatch. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and understand that cancellations are not possible after your purchase is confirmed. Ā

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your package, and we will ship a replacement item to you or store credit if the item is unavailable.

Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps us improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated. Ā 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an unused item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 50% restocking fee. The item must be in its original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee:
A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling, packaging, and restocking costs.

Return Process:
- Contact us at through chat to initiate the return process.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund, minus the restocking fee.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted for return.

RETURNS On Used Or Discounted/Sale Items
All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Sacred Boulevard
No returns or refunds will be provided for final sales on discounts used at checkout or sale items (use of affiliate codes or sales provided by sacred boulevard are considered final sale)
Due to the nature of Sacred Boulevard products, we are unable to accept used returned products. Ā

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Sacred Boulevard does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered, lost, or stolen. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered, lost, or stolen. Ā 

Please keep in mind, we are a small business. All items are handcrafted. Please allow time for your item to be consciously made, packed with love, and carefully dispatched. Ā
